Background
About
I am a researcher in Work and Organizational Psychology at the University of Zurich and a Digital Society Initiative Excellence Fellow. My research focuses on how generative AI shapes human learning, cognition, and behavior at work, with a broader interest in the relationship between technological change and human development.
My academic path has brought me into contact with work and organizational psychology, cognitive science, and research on psychological change. Earlier experience in performance psychology — in private practice and with the youth academy of FC Shakhtar — also contributed to my interest in how people learn, develop expertise, and perform in demanding environments.
At the University of Zurich, I am involved in initiatives connecting research, education, and the broader AI community, including UZH.ai and the Digital Society Initiative.
Across these activities, I am interested in understanding how technological and organizational environments shape human capabilities, and how psychological research can inform the design of work and learning.
